MEET OUR MAIN COACH

TREVOR ISRINGHAUSEN

Beyond the wrestling arena, Trevor is a devoted family man and pillar of the community. Proudly supported by his wife Elizabeth and their four children, he embodies the values of teamwork, perseverance, and camaraderie both on and off the mat.

With three of his children actively involved in JC Youth Wrestling, Trevor's passion for the sport transcends generations, fostering a legacy of excellence within the Jefferson City community. As a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu, he continues to expand his martial arts expertise, enriching his coaching repertoire with diverse perspectives and techniques.

In addition to his love for wrestling and martial arts, Trevor finds solace in the open road, indulging his passion for motorcycle rides amidst the scenic landscapes of Jefferson City. Balancing his professional pursuits with personal interests, he has spent a decade serving his community as a dedicated pharmacist, offering invaluable expertise and care to those in need.

As a proud Jefferson City local for 16 years, Trevor's deep-rooted connection to the community serves as a driving force behind his commitment to nurturing the next generation of wrestlers and fostering a culture of excellence within our program.

Meet Our Assistant Coaches

NATE SMITH

Coach Nate boasts over 13 years of competitive wrestling experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skill to the mat. Hailing from Abilene, KS, and representing Central Missouri State University (CMSU) for three years, he has firmly established himself as a wrestling champion. With accolades including two-time high school state finalist and one-time champion, Coach Nate epitomizes excellence in the sport.

Transitioning seamlessly from competitor to coach, Coach Nate dedicated four years to nurturing the talents of aspiring wrestlers at Ozark High School in Missouri. Armed with a stellar record and expertise in the Granby system, leg riding, and takedown defense, he ensures our students receive comprehensive and effective training.

Beyond the wrestling arena, Coach Nate is a devoted family man with a rich tapestry of life experiences. Enjoying quality time with his family of four children and two grandsons, alongside their beloved pets, he values the importance of balance and connection in his life. Embracing an active lifestyle, Coach Nate and his family relish outdoor adventures during warmer months, often engaging in yard work and exploration.

Fulfilling his adventurous spirit, Coach Nate finds solace in motorcycle rides and memorable vacations, seizing every opportunity to explore new horizons and create lasting memories. Furthermore, with 23 years of dedicated service in the Missouri Army National Guard, he currently serves as a Major and applies his leadership skills as the Surface Maintenance Manager for Missouri, ensuring the operational readiness of essential vehicles.

AUSTIN ALLEY

Coach Austin's journey is an inspiring tale of determination, success, and dedication both on and off the wrestling mat. Graduating from Jefferson City High School in 2000, he showcased his athletic prowess by securing third place at the state level and leading his team as the captain of the wrestling squad. Not only did he excel in sports, but he also demonstrated academic excellence, earning recognition as the most outstanding wrestler of the year and receiving accolades as an Academic All-Star wrestler.

Transitioning into a coaching role at Riverside High School in Greer, South Carolina, Coach Austin continued to shine, earning the title of Best Coach of the Year. His passion for wrestling and mentorship guided young athletes to success, shaping them not only as competitors but also as individuals.

Alongside his coaching endeavors, Coach Austin pursued higher education at the University of Missouri Rolla, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. This academic achievement laid the foundation for a successful career at Amren, where he has dedicated 17 years of service. Starting as an engineer, Coach Austin's expertise and leadership skills propelled him into managerial roles, where he now supervises a team of engineers and oversees construction projects within the renewable energy department.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Coach Austin finds joy and fulfillment in his role as a husband and father. Married to his wife Kacy for 18 years, they share a loving family with three children: Atlas, Nora, and Axel. Their children are actively engaged in a variety of sports and activities, from horseback riding to track and field, wrestling, football, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and soccer.

ADAM STARK

With two decades of grappling experience and a robust foundation in both wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our wrestling coach brings a deep understanding of the sport and a passion for teaching.

A varsity wrestler for Jefferson City High School Jay’s team from 2001-2003, Coach Adam has since achieved a brown belt with Gracie Barra in BJJ. This extensive experience in the art of grappling allows him to offer a comprehensive training approach, blending traditional wrestling techniques with the nuanced strategies of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Dedicated and enthusiastic, he is committed to cultivating the skills and confidence of wrestlers at all levels.

Aside from helping Coach his kids sports, Coach Adam is a dad of three and you will catch him in the crowd of his kids' sports games when he is not coaching. He is the owner of the Adam Stark Realty Team and is a very successful businessman. No matter where he finds his success he always finds time to work on himself and to encourage others.

WYATT FORCK

Coach Wyatt hails from Jefferson City, Missouri, where he was born and raised. His journey in education began at Helias Catholic High School, where he not only received his education but also discovered his passion for wrestling. This passion propelled him to pursue a degree in weld technology at State Technical College in Linn, Missouri.

Wrestling has been a significant part of Coach Wyatt's life since fifth grade, and he continued to excel in the sport throughout his high school years. After graduation, his love for wrestling led him back to Helias, this time as an assistant wrestling coach. Here, he found joy in passing on his knowledge and skills to the next generation of wrestlers.

In addition to coaching, Coach Wyatt sought to reignite his own competitive spirit. He joined Gracie Barra, where he could get back on the mats and challenge himself in wrestling once again. This dedication to both coaching and personal growth showcases his unwavering commitment to the sport.

Outside of wrestling, Coach Wyatt enjoys immersing himself in nature. You can often find him hiking through scenic trails or camping under the stars, finding solace and rejuvenation in the great outdoors.
